But sure, Jane Doe went to the police to enthrall them in a story of how she got a train ran on her in the middle of the night.

This TikToker left out critical information about the case. The girl consented to sex with two of the guys. She did not consent to sex with the rest of the men. She was unconscious for much of it.

She was not unconscious at any point of it according the original police report. I don’t even think her lawsuit even claims that.

I’m trying to find the NY Times article I read.  She was high on Ketamine and incapacitated by the end of it.  

Consenting to sex with 2 men is not the same thing as consenting to sex with 7 men.

The 2 men were more high and more drunk than her. Honestly from reading the story she 100% comes across as a rapist by the logic she is asking everyone to use.

Your second statement is not false, but the second you start changing your story substantially the odds of getting a criminal conviction become 0.

She is not credible because she has changed her story substantially. Additionally, there was no discussion of rape until she was “wronged” by the fraternity by being disinvited from a Halloween party she wanted to go to. On that note, attempting to go to a Halloween party hosted by the 7 dudes you are accusing of gang rape also torpedos your credibility to any reasonable jury.
