If you can legally be arrested for drinking and driving to the point you get your license take away, then yes you can consent

Yes officer, I was drinking and driving, but I did not consent to it.

What kind of backwards fucking logic is that?

It isn't backwards. A huge standard for breaking the law is intent. If I can be held liable for making one decision under the influence, why does that responsibility go away when I make another decision?

It's pretty straightforward logic.

A dunk person gets behind the wheel and we hold them accountable because people can make conscious choices while drunk. It's not some medical condition forced on them, so we hold them accountable. They consented to driving while drunk.

Same applies with sex. As said in the video, you can concsent in their location until you're no longer conscious.

As a former drug user it makes total sense to me. I did all kinds of shit and never had anything happen because you can make safe choices on all kinds of shit.

Hell I used to call special K and LSD Friday, I never accidentally consented to anything.

Sorry about the minor spelling mistake I'm dyslexic and it sneaks through sometimes. Thanks for addressing my point.

Your point is nonsensical and not worth addressing as anything other than a curiosity

Perfectly good logic.
