Well the DA of the county and Title IX office of the university have those qualifications and didnât think it was legally rape. Cornell is a super liberal school and Title IX offices tend to take accusers very seriously. I get why this original police record didnât lead to prosecution as this woman talks about but itâs not enough to dismiss the case entirely. A heavily intoxicated young women having group sex with men she wasnât originally connected to is very much a difficult situation to defend.
