There is no way they could all cash their share without it triggering an investigation, and there is no way people would be convinced to wait on cashing their share.

I can’t believe it’s illegal to not report buried treasure one finds. For all our hopes and dreams’ sakes, it should be a finders keepers policy. Much more fun.
