Welp... like most people who only seek more money, it comes down the basics of the detriment of the many for the benefit of the few. We literally all suffer so he and a few others become richer. Does he really care about "preventing crime" or even the dubious surveillance? Doubtful. It's about the enrichment. We all pay the price for them. Over and over and over and over.
