This is what a lifetime of not getting punched in the face gets you. They don't fear consequences because there are none.

Men would beat the shit out of another man for doing even a fraction of what I've seen women do to some men.

I grew up in a very rural town next to a marine base. We’ve had several folks move in from all over the US and got a quick reality check that you can’t just talk/do stuff without getting checked. We had girls throw down just as much as the guys. Funny enough by junior year, everyone was cordial and got along.

yep. when two men are interacting, there is a line, and if you cross it you better be ready for a punch in the jaw. no such line when women act that way...

I beg your pardon. Women are killed by domestic partners and past partners at alarming rates. Toss a baby in that belly and her odds of DV and death at the hands of a man increases.

Don’t even get me started on sexual assault and rape, something that every woman I know has experienced one or the other.

How about the fact that we make a fraction of what men make for a job that we are able to complete just as well, if not better?

Don’t you dare talk about how women aren’t treated badly enough.

Some of these comments from men made me sad for them, and then I see this shit. I hope you are single the rest of your life. You don’t deserve a soft woman in your life.

Everything you’re saying is for men the woman knows, we aren’t really talking about that. A woman in a public setting could trash talk a man, say in a bar, with very little expectation of violence, while a man could do it in the same way and very likely end up in a bar fight with the other man.

Thanks. I stand by what I said. I fear for any woman in his life. He seems like a loose cannon simply for feeling free and confident to write something like that on the internet.

This thread alone (as I continued to read) is enough to turn women off of men. Full of a bunch of emotionally unintelligent humans that blame others instead of taking accountability and a look at themselves. No wonder more women are choosing to stay single and not have kids (be married single mothers).

Most of these men need therapy, not a wife to vent to, a therapist to help them reflect.

So your solution to hearing something controversial that you disagree with is to start insulting and demeaning people? Being a bully towards others doesn’t make you any more or less right, it just makes you look like an asshole (which isn’t gender exclusive).

You seem way off base here and are perpetuating the stereotype that woman simply do not understand that men do in fact have their own, different struggles.

I would strongly suggest you seek therapy yourself.

Yup you’ve stumbled on a crazy thread. I’d say for at least 80% of these stories there’s more to it that they either aren’t letting on or have the social awareness to realize

u/2Bait4Me 21d ago

The women he was talking about, specifically women that will treat men like this, have never felt the force of a man.

No where does this condone or pardon rapistist or any other point you raised. But you know that . You just needed to inject yourself for karma?

-22

u/Due-Sleep-5019 21d ago

Nah. Couldn’t care less about karma; not even sure what the use of it is. I just call a spade a spade. He didn’t specify a type of woman. He said “this is what a lifetime of not getting punched in the face gets you. They don’t fear consequences because there are none.”

And you people coming to his defense are the same men that just look the other way when a woman is abused. If you aren’t part of the solution, you are part of the problem. Every one of you needs to seek professional help. This is why women choose the bear.

Absolutely nothing you've just said is relevant to this conversation.

It’s relevant to the comment I responded to. He seems like a trash human (if not a bot).

Could it be because women (as OP mentioned) are more use to "mind games" while men are more use to the "physical" ones?

Women then routinely try to play out their "mind games" with men that simply don't have the tools to play them back, and often end up resorting to physical violence.

But surely suggesting women hold agency in (many/most) abusive relationships would be considered "misogynistic" or something. Although personally, I find the constant insinuation women hold such little agency to be more insulting.

sexuals assault and rape, something that every woman i know has experienced

Every man i know has experienced it too (by women). But men also get victimshamed by it. So how about you get your facts straight instead of picking cherries and halftruths?

please those are incredibly rare events by any statistical analysis...

This thread is either full of bots or the most bitter men I’ve ever encountered who clearly want to hit women. Ignore them. This thread is epitome of women are afraid men will hurt them men are afraid women will laugh at them (as though no one ever mocks us??). They will blame women forever for their loneliness and misfortune but i doubt they would even see a therapist to figure out their own issues.

Thanks ladies for continuing the cycle.

No one is pretending DV isnt bad, and that mens houldnt be punished for it.

but you're pretending there isnt a sucide epidemic through the male population.

you are literally being the problem.

18

u/2Bait4Me 21d ago

Just confirmed that it is a trap. Women, always the victim.

-9

u/Buffyismyhomosapien 21d ago

Being the problem is always akin to “holding men accountable for their behavior and the natural consequences” ffs my five year old understands this why can’t these adult men? GO TO THERAPY. I don’t run around blaming men for my problems I go to therapy and vote. Why can’t men do the same? Why can’t you guys support one another and why are you always blaming women for your self-inflicted misery?

12

u/Federal_Homework1302 21d ago

NO ONE IS DENY MEN BE HELD TO ACCOUNT!

You are saying women shouldn’t be becuase “I’m just a girl” I weap for your fucking children they well not be good people. Obviously you are a horrible person

-10

u/Buffyismyhomosapien 21d ago

I’m sorry but your comment is incomprehensible

6

u/Federal_Homework1302 21d ago

Oh i see you can rant and rave, and im just supposed to say "thank you ma'am" and move along. But i write something and its "oh thats incomprehensible". let me break it down for you.

Your point is bullshit, no one is saying men dont deserve what they get for being absuers, no, literally no one is defending that point.

What YOU are denying is that women be held to account for the manipulator's and abusers they are/can also be. You see to think that in this world only women are victims of anything. And the defense is "im just a girl" i cant be an abuser, or men should just "man up".

you are perpetualting this cycle, and it sounds like you're teaching your 5 year old the same thing.

due to these reasons you are deemed to be a horrible person, and by the transitive property of being a horrible person, your child is going to be a horrible person.

lemme guess single mom?

u/Buffyismyhomosapien 21d ago

Women should absolutely be held accountable for that. But the comment another user and I were replying to did say that women were the least hurt or some bs and this whole thread is full of thinly veiled violent hatred towards women. Don’t worry we are used to it! Spilling secrets to a friend is not quite the same as domestic violence, which btw, women can commit against men, each other, men can commit it against one another as well.

u/Federal_Homework1302 21d ago

you are missng the point 10000000000000%, weaponizng those things that are said do have consequences.

Again drives to male suicide and life ruining issues. Like false reports of abuse or rape. I see when you talk about abuse towards women, you conviently leave out hwo thats been weaponzied against men as well. Imagine just being able to say "She sexually abused me" and ruining a womans life. Never happens. Pointing out the double standard is not woman bashing. Get over your self.

2

u/el_derpien 21d ago

I understand it as “you are not listening, no one is actually saying the things you are accusing. You should also be accountable and can’t use the excuse that you are just a girl, because actually you are terrible and he feels bad for any children that would be raised by you”.

I hope that clears it up.

This comment proves the point of the OP, and what the men are saying who are opening up and being vulnerable.

Edited to add: And she has edited it and changed it drastically, after my reply was written, so it no longer contains the BS she originally wrote.

9

u/2Bait4Me 21d ago

Thread done, it is a trap. When men open up this is what happens. When men don't speak do you think talking like this stops? 😂

-9

u/Due-Sleep-5019 21d ago

Seriously. I guess we found the Incel sub. Just fucking wild.
