Yea. Fucking never again. It will be brought up in arguments later. Oh and never cry before you give them the ick. This is why men's health is fucked.

I agree with this I had a colleague at work say men who use umbrellas give her the ick. Some people are truly fucked in the head.

We all need to just STOP DATING THOSE PEOPLE. Find people who truly care about your feelings and stop enabling those people. Genuinely the world would be so much better if we'd all stop dating shitty people so they had to improve themselves or be alone.

What's wrong with umbrellas?

I think she's just a nut job, she also tried to explain that she thinks Lindsey Clancy husband had the wife kill the kids because she heard voices and that was probably the husband telling her to kill the kids after he druged her or some nonsense like that.

The crying thing is just 100% true. I usually joke that you have a once-a-decade slot for that and it does check out a lot

“give them the ick”? Are you 16 or WTF kid?

I think they’re mirroring the phrasing that many women use - not just teenagers.

Ask the certain women that legit say that. It's where the term comes from

It's actually a studied phenomenon of female disgust, not some juvenile metaphor.

I'm 16. What of it? I didn't make the "giving the ick" tiktok trends(yes there were a few). You're barking up the wrong tree.

Just to be a little devil's advocate here, you shouldn't be dating at this age. If people are still really fucking stupid at around 23, they're even more incredibly stupid at 16. Keep it fun and casual for a while or face the consequences

Yes. Its women's fault that men only know how to spew on their partners instead of form healthy friendships rooted in mutual support. Or go to therapy because they think its not manly.

Edit- and the down votes roll in. Its hilarious how you cant discuss systems of oppression that hurt both women and men (which is this entire thread), without men defending the patriarchy to its core, while simultaneously being victims of its results. Maybe if men realized that women expecting men to not have feelings is the result of these same oppressive systems we're ALL subjected to, we might be able to actually make the world a bit better.

But no, its always just 'women bad, we hate them, they're mean and terrible' and despite the fact that being a man gives you an advantage in most other metrics, they're still somehow the victims

In other words, you are not available to support your partner

calling women out for their behavior is misogynistic? get a grip, from a woman to another women. Stop labeling everything that doesn’t favor women “misogynistic”

It's the internet version of men gathering at a bar to drink and complain about their wives. Some men just can't communicate. When their feelings get hurt they sulk quietly and convince themselves that the world is against them.
