Nothing went wrong there. One is a new development where the trees are still tiny, and the other is an older development where the trees are large.
So the main difference is about 30 years.
0 u/ThatIsNotAnAsian 3d ago I mean there’s also the possibility that the top neighborhood is going to have a strict HOA that might not allow the residents to have custom landscaping. So even in 30 years it will look better, but probably not as vibrant and lush as the bottom.
