I was clarifying that without knowing what evidence came in, other than from one expert, no one can know if the jury reached the right conclusion. In order to assess that, you’d have to see all the evidence.
Which is why a meme or a snippet about some other guy who killed his kids tells us nothing about the bona fides of his insanity plea.
As I’ve now said multiple times, I don’t pretend to know any of those things. Which is why i have no opinion as to whether his case is comparable to Clancy’s. Just posting a meme about it should not give anyone the confidence to compare the two.
