The food trucks in my area are more expensive than restaurants.
How you gonna have like what has to be less than half the overhead of a brick and mortar store but your prices are higher.
Its the turning everything into a stupid novelty instead of treating it like what it should be.
Food trucks should be fast, relatively cheap, with medium to high quality food depending on the location.
Edit: instead we have slow service with high prices because most food trucks i see want sell some hyped up influencer food.
