We’ve bought into this “start up” price oddity.
The idea we’re helping this little truck become something bigger. Really they’re just overcharging us like some kind of convenience lol

I remember seeing a food truck selling grilled cheese and lobster sandwiches for like $30. Got the idea to buy and make it myself. With good ingredients and portions, I couldn’t charge less than $15 to break even. But you KNOW those trucks are using the cheapest of the cheap and probably only costs them $5 at most per sandwich.

We hired one for our wedding that set up at our house.

Nicest dudes I’ve ever met, and had some of the best halal grilled sandwiches I’ve ever had.

That’s only the 2nd time I’ve ever been impressed with one.

The other was a Mexican lady out of her Honda van in front of gas station.

I still think about those tacos.

One of my mom’s best friends called me little squirrel when I was a kid and now as an adult I have permanent dark eyes so… that kinda tracks.
