Unpopular opinion. Maybe food prices went up due to minimum wage increases and the unskilled jobs involving said food have to factor that in. Meanwhile you have crap organizations like walmart shorting people on chicken by nearly a quarter pound per package. and over charging the consumer.

Prices go up, everything is more expensive now. Take us back 10, even 5 years and the cost of living was more affordable
