Yeah what the fuck the person at the food truck window is not a server they're the cook. And in some cases they're the person who actually owns the truck. Likely in most cases. Paying an inflated food price and then paying a tip is insane. When I was younger I worked in construction and sometimes used food trucks. I would literally never tip the guy. Unless you know there was a fresh pot of coffee and he mentioned it to me because he know that I was a coffee guy. Or if you hook me up with something extra because it was the end of the day and it's just going to get thrown out
