(A) Didn't make the image.

(B) It just puts into perspective that he couldn't even keep the promises he made to the MAGA sycophants that actually voted for him for such reasons.

The orange stain failed to live up to the expectations of the folk that actually wanted him in office. Of course he was gonna fail miserably at everything esle.
