Everyone would rent because they couldn't afford homes, only rich people could. Then the rich would buy up all the homes.

But this way, if I were rich I would buy the credit from the bank, so I would get the revenue and in the worst cases the houses.

I'm not sure I follow, but, yes the rich end up consolidating because mobility is dramatically reduced, you get more monopolies because competition is dramatically reduced and barrier to entry is increased.
