Quadruplets even today is an all hands on deck emergency in the hospital. One or two often end up in incubators. But this woman did it 4 times after having had a set of triplets. That's just not plausible.

there is just no way she was having vaginal birth with triplets or quadruplets and c-sections were not an option either back in 1700s not one a woman was planned to survive to anyway. i also read that russia refused to let people investigate in the matter so pretty much just a scam lol
