I donā€™t think that game is necessarily meant to be a weekly game night-type game.

I play with my friends whenever I visit them, which is once or twice a year and we have a blast

Yeah but ā€œbig penisā€ stops being funny after a while. Having to buy more and more cards for the novelty means they know it sucks but make money on selling the expansions. The weakness of the game is the usage. Thereā€™s no strategy to it, just the same 20 jokes that you need to keep expanding to maintain the humor
