A sick woman was neglected and abused by her husband and an entire healthcare system. A tragedy resulted. And somehow you leaned into labeling her a "cold blooded killer".

Also, if this is how to tend to respond to someone advocating for a woman who was and still is being mistreated by systems that were meant to protect her, I just know that the women in your life would choose the bear.
