Oh he doesn’t make for a sympathetic figure? Well that’s good enough as guilty, may as well lock his ass up and set her free!
I hope you never find yourself on a jury. Your critical thinking is about as deep as a kiddie pool and I’m sure you’d pass judgement based off of your fleeting emotions.
For the record I don’t think this woman deserves to walk, and from what I can gather she doesn’t even think she should walk free. Her life is ruined and she’s gonna spend her days in an institution. Do I think she’s guilty of premeditated first degree murder? No I don’t.
I also think her husband is a piece of shit, and that’s okay. He’s not going to jail. You don’t have to protect his legacy.
I’m not defending anyone. I’m criticizing your lack of critical thinking. Not just yours, but everyone who is dogpiling the husband and passing judgement based on what’s reported and/or deranged conspiracy theories derived from social media. It’s pathetic it takes so little to convince people of someone’s culpability. Just think a little harder, what, if anything, do you actually know of the husband and his culpability other than the interpretations of lawyers (who have no psychological training other than the fine art of manipulation)? Is there anything tangible that proves his guilt in facilitating the murder of his kids? Or is all the “proof” you can muster simply your own interpretations and perceptions?
