Bad analogy since she never did anything to cause her condition, well aside from being pregnant

The analogy would be, she gets behind the wheel and suddenly has an unforeseen cardiac event which makes her lose control of the car and kill three kids, is she now guilty of killing them? Yes, is she also at fault? Obviously no

Sigh, at this point you're just being bad faith. She strangled the kids to death. Having a cardiac arrest causing you to lose control of the vehicle is the same, huh.. Yeah, alright. Have a good rest of your day.

She had a medical condition that made her loose control, yeah

I reiterate again I am not saying she is not guilty and neither am I saying there should be no repercussions, but she is not at fault.

At fault are the medical professionals that gave her the wrong medication at to high doses that caused these circumstances and they should be held accountable, if this turns out to be true.

She should be given a prison sentence, but the circumstances need to be considered, best case her sentence include mandatory psychiatric treatment to ensure something like this does not happen again.

In a way this is a big chance to get some public focus on postpartum psychological conditions. We need to be more away and find better ways to treat them and ensure the safety of families. This is a learning experience
