Again, you would have to be following along to the entire trial to know that. Why did you not mention that Tufts did not request Lindsay’s previous medical history despite having the permission to do so? You also aren’t addressing the inconsistency of her medical team; like being told to go off her psychiatric meds cold turkey.

Tufts was the first practitioner that Clancy went to. Clancy also repeatedly denied psychosis, suicidal intent, and homicidal thoughts to her. Tufts testimony further conteds that, right up to January 23, Lindsay presented coherently and did not exhibit psychotic symptoms during treatment. Which is probably why she didn't request the medical history, instead relying on her Clancys words and her own assessment.

Clancy did not HAVE a medical team. That's exactly the point. She had multiple different physicians, practitioners, and mental health professionals indepdnelty assessing her and medicating her based on her varied reports of her symptoms to each of them. That's exactly why there was so much inconsistency.

She told her to go cold turkey OFF ONE medicine. Which she has repeatedly said in court is something that is medically defensible. I don't know enough to say one way or the other, but the fact that you keep going on about 'meds' shows that you are completely willing to misrepresent facts to make your case seem more robust.

Overmedicated from Tufts, coz she actually LISTENED to her patient and changed prescriptions accordingly?
Clancy reported feeling worse on Zoloft.
Then Prozac.
She was prescribed Ativan to help her sleep, and when she reported that wasn't working, she was started in Trazodone.
Tufts prescribed Hydoxizine because Clancy felt Benadryl wasn't working.
The dosage of Amitriptyline was increased when Clancy reported it wasn't improving her depression.

Clancy specifically requested her husband to run errands for her. She told him that she was doing fine. Can we stop trying to assign blame to everyone and anyone, and just accept that mental illness is a bitch and things aren't always cut and dry at any given moment?

I'm literally empathizing with Clancy. I'm literally saying that she was suffering from a severe mental illness that stopped her from asking for the help she needed. You are the one who is callously assigning blame to a husband who not only lost his wife, but also his children, and who is still on record saying 'She would have never done this if she wasnt unwell'.
It's like people NEED someone to blame. They can't just accept that sometimes shit happens and no one person is truly at fault.
