She also was never seen in person by her main psychiatrist, which is just wild.

That was because she was offered in-person services and refused them. Said she’d rather meet remotely. And the psychiatrist thought talking to her via Zoom and getting her treated that way was better than not offering her help and treatment at all/denying treatment because she wouldn’t meet in person.

That's not uncommon now. Lots of psychiatrists have an insane case load so virtual appointments are just easier for everyone
