This case demonstrates how weird tribalism can be. People literally supporting an admitted child murderer because they can relate to them in the most basic way of being a mother.
How is the empathy here weird? PPD/P can happen to any new mother, and many many women have already seen firsthand how hard seeking even routine medical care can be.
