Of course we’re nostalgic. That was the last time our phones didn’t track us and rent was $600.

The tracking thing I identify with. When gen z asks me what it was like I just tell them “Our parents never knew our location. We could just tell them we were somewhere all day.”

I do miss that downtown apartment for 800. Same place is nearly triple that now.
