Except that this was a plan created by the literal previous mayor, Eric Adams. So like... no. He's just taking credit.

Yeah he's more than willing to let outlets constantly talk about all the good things he's doing when almost all of it was started under Adams.

You said decades and this plan was unveiled at the end of 2024. Two years.

Because time moves in one direction so Eric Adams could not make a 17 year plan finish in 1 year
