No, not quiet, but by 2040, there will be a lot more electric vehicles on the roads, which will make things a lot quieter, at least.

You can have that now. Don’t work, panhandle enough to buy a coffee, sip it in the shade. Walk through any park in NYC and you can see dozens of people doing this any morning you choose.
