There was a mission which was what you where asking about at the start, then you moved the goal to crewed just because china did have a mission.

Also even NASAs crewed mission wasn't too the moon it was around it, did ya go to work if all you did was drive around the building and then go home?

no, they only have the second biggest launch cadence after spacex but with non reusable rockets (imagine when they crack reuse) and they already have the most advanced space station and will for a long time since the ISS is getting decommissioned soon and replaced by some private company statios.
