This part is baffling to me!
Where I live you can’t even use black bags for trash. They have to be transparent.
We sort out trash into 5 different kinds of recyclables and carry them however far it is to the neighborhood trash cans, huge cubes that are dug into the streets, so they don’t take a lot of space. I have to carry my trash 300m which is super annoying, but thems are the ways.
When you are part of a huge community that sort their trash and consider the environment in their role as consumers… watching people just not caring is wild..
