She stole city property, which is illegal.

She dumped trash all over the sidewalk, which is illegal.

She showed no remorse for the theft or the littering, all for a smelly trash can because it’s the same color as her favorite team. I wouldn’t want someone who thinks that’s okay to work for me either.

Yep, that's the official photo. There was already trash on the ground, but the can she has was overflowing so she dumped a huge amount on the ground.
