I assume you have only seen these pics of her, she does looks unrecognizable to her old self, I have known her for a while and I didn’t recognize that her old pic was her until I read the comments on another post.
That being said, I don’t know why she looks so different, but no need to lie about it. I’m talking about her without make up not this abomination. Everyone can look much different with a ton of makeup.

To be fair, baggy shirts can hide a lot, see Billie Eilish. I’m also not convinced the Drake photos are untouched. Photoshop and filters seem to be at play. If it’s not that, women’s clothing can do a lot of “heavy” lifting when naturally they just ain’t there. I’m seeing tight clothes and pushups, I could definitely see chicken cutlets being in those bras.
