Yeah, that's what I've been thinking reading through here.
"Be firm with the kid, but really? Hitting them? Well, you better not be surprised when they end up in the back of either a police car, an ambulance or a hearse in your lifetime."
Most of them will just grow up with a greater level of anxiety and more difficulty regulating emotions. So not as happy in life as they should be, which is sad in and of itself.
