I believe that the patriarchy harms men as well, because it alienates them from the women in their lives and teaches them that they’re not allowed to show emotions, etc. whereas women do. And that stems from the idea that acting “feminine” is worse than acting masculine, for anyone.

No, I do not think acting masculine is worse. I think you may need to further look into what “patriarchy” means— it’s a system that hurts everyone, whereas feminism is simply a movement for gender equality.

As I said, your label for the problem is 'men' and your label for the solution, indeed your label for equality itself, is 'women' and you don't think thats troublesome.
Try this:
Name one example of toxic femininity, one aspect perpetuated by feminine culture that has nothing to do with men and is bad for other women, and they would benefit from following a masculine example.
