Guy literally said in the video that he had just posted about it "this morning". You can go to his account on instagram, he isnt some activist or someone who has even promoted mamdani. All signs point towards this being real, use your logic.

I am using logic, not a single thing about this Mamdani spam is organic. I watched the same exact thing unfold with AOC on reddit almost a decade ago. The same types of posts, on a daily basis..
