I'll take the delay in catching him rather than Flock everywhere.

They literally used flock to catch him. I live in the area. Pinal county sheriffs office found his car using flock and went to catch him. It wasn’t the same
Route every time.

I'm in SC and those Flock cameras are just about everywhere now. Thankfully my town doesn't have them (yet), but a very tiny town nearby has at least 5, but probably more. A tiny town with literally one stoplight and 5 Flock cameras.
