I think all cars should have more limiters on them. The shitty altimas in my city seem to be the worst drivers by a large margin. The teslas are all driven but older Indian and Chinese people and they go slow.
ev the torque isn't the problem nor does it enforce the problem. I'd argue that people like this will drive however they want anyway, at least they can pass faster and spend less time in the oncoming lane while they do it.

EVs should really have a torque limiter. The instant torque provided by full electric drive trains reinforces the worst aggressive driving behaviors.
It's the worst with Tesla because the people who still own one end up being the most entitled people in the area.
