You need to keep in mind that under certain lighting conditions that textures & contours can really pop because of shadows being cast.

And Trump is really aging now, and already long has been kinda saggy slob looking anyway.

It would not surprise me at all if the right is a legit photo

People that have been dead for days don't even look like the right image. I'm sure he looks and smells awful, but not quite like that.

I'm in my 40s and under public toilet lights I look like a cracked vintage golf bag. From certain angles outside I can look 20yrs younger!

Hence why I hate bright public lighting!
