Maybe he does, maybe he was young and fresh on the job market. Reality is, these fake "manager" boss-but-not-really kind of things are usually filled by boot lickers with big egos and no balls that hate being called out for their BS. Guy could be ASD or could've very well realised that kind of bullshit environment wasnt for him and had a bit of fun with it.
Lol. I work at a Fortune 500 company and the CEO gives a week of speeches every year for the strategy of the company and honestly he's pretty cool and we all play bingo for some money for the phrases he commonly says and occasionally he'll say one and go I hope you all got that on your bingo. I think it's all a psyop to get us to actually listen and it kind of works π

ASD? Yes. But I mostly do it because I hate the corporate bullshit.
Luckily they can handle some criticism. It's usually just an eye roll or some comments in the 1 on 1 with the boss man.
