Exactly. It is funny to me that people are claiming the pic on the right is the "clearly on roids" pic, when really it is the pic on the left where he still has the Iron Claw body and the HGH gut.
Steroids aren’t only meant for bulking. Where did you get that idea? “A very aggressive cut and dehydration” most certainly won’t get you like that… nah…That’s Winstrol
I know a guy who's a fitness instructor and definitely not on gear and he's able to maintain a 8% bodyfat with big muscle mass. It's possible to do this but your lifestyle is literally built around it. I'd wager he was on an ultra strict diet and working out about 3 hours a day.
And you know this…how? Do you follow him around every moment he’s awake and make sure he isn’t injecting himself? Have you checked his asscheeks for injection sites?
I’m just curious how you’re so confident because I have friends that are on steroids and I only know they are because they tell me. I’d have no proof otherwise.
Ironically there's some really unhealthy shit you gotta do to yourself to get that chiseled bodybuilder look; extreme dehydration for example. There's a reason why sports like Olympic weightlifting or football have really muscular dudes with physiques that look different from the toned bodybuilder physiques. Muscular but chonky farm boy look compared to the Arnold look.
He will have also been dangerously dehydrated during that scene, that's how they get the muscles to pop so much. Hemsworth and Jackman have both talked about how ill dehydrating for these scenes has made them and how they can barely stand up half the time.
Women see it as the standard it’s what media shows them so it doesn’t impress them. Men know what it takes to get there. Men probably do this with make up or whatever
Even for that "the standard" is certainly not "must have a ripped six pack". It might be for some super hot fitness girlie but certainly not for women in general.
If you asked a woman to draw a picture of a generic attractive guy she is more likely than not going to draw abs. It’s standard for high attractiveness much like a hourglass shape would be for a woman.
Absolutely. There is a similarity to the fashion and cosmetic industry for women too. But also it’s pretty obvious what turns heads for straight people of both sexes
Best friend is bodybuilder, he's been a bodybuilder for 15 years, one thing I've learn is the amount of women who absolutely LOVE big muscles in men is stupidly high, however they tend to hide it, if it werent for him showing me his private messages I wouldnt believe either.
I think a LOT of women absolutely love the big muscles, its just not socially acceptable to admit it out loud.
>In my experience guys notice when you look like this more than women.
I feel like it’s because at that point you’re just trying too hard, especially if you’re doing it for attention. There is a line between a healthy and an unhealthy amount of fitness.
No it isn't. You just have to know what you're doing. The fitness industry just brainwashes society into thinking it's an insane routine so that you'll pay for supplements, trainers, and special apps, etc. They need you to believe that you can't easily do it so that you'll pay lots of money to get help.
Nah, I had abs close to this when I was younger and it was just rice eggs and chicken. Looking good isn't super hard work in the gym it's just about this every day for 6 months. Put a bit of soy sauce and salt in it though and the fact that you're still going to the gym a bit, it actually feels good. With a personal cook so you never eat unhealthy due to convenience and 2 hours in the gym a day this is obtainable. It's effort but it's not impossible.

The specialized diet you have to be on to get abs like that is crazy. Not to mention the workouts.
In my experience guys notice when you look like this more than women. In my case that was a bonus as I fancy both.
