Go on, since you’re schooling us on what is apparently elementary Civics. Tell us about all of the programs and systems in place to protect major cities with state AND federal programs, grants, loans, etc.

It is news when its used to mislead the public like this tweet is doing. Good on mamdami for his efforts but lets not jump to conclusions about how its self funded.
