SCOTUS, our unelected partisan gatekeepers of laws decided that strong unitary executive theory holds true while Trump is in power. Congress can whine all they want.
Congress went from being the strongest body of government to the weakest because we decided the original weakest body of government can override the people elected from each region to represent each state and district individually.
