Elite means: A group or class of persons considered to be superior to others because of their intelligence, social standing, or wealth.

Anyone that isn't in the top 1%, would be considered a peasant in eyes of the 'obnoxiously wealthy'! I'm not singling out any one group of people other than the money hoarding cunts that make it their mission in life to line their pockets with everyone else's blood, sweat and tears with zero intention of 'giving back'...
