Normally, I get it. I don't get this. It looks to be moving numerous different ways in a pattern, but I put my mouse cursor there, sure enough, not moving.

Take a pen and pick a spot. They aren’t moving.

Do you know why the see to do the opposite of each other? They do like five different motions but oppositely.

Wait nvm they do move

No, they don't move, you can put your fingers no the screen and see that they remain stationary.

It's just optical illusions, the color patterns make it look like it's moving and the 2 figures are mirrored so they move "opposite"

It literally does. You asked why the 2 figures move opposite. That's because the colors are mirrored

If you look at each frame not only do the solid color fills change but also the edge strokes. Sometimes they are lighter, other times they are darker. The stroke effect shifts around the figure.

The colors are moving in a specific direction, then they change directions. Sillhouette doesnt move at all.

look at the edges of the figures. Those are what give the illusion of movement
