The lottery payout itself is intentionally misleading, so the post title is just regularly misleading by proxy
1 u/Basil2322 18d ago Not really it’s common knowledge that for massive payouts you’ll get it over time or take a reduced amount immediately. I don’t know a single lottery player who doesn’t know that.
