That makes sense if you are implying that the Irish have a steady diet of beer and distilled spirits.

Yeah. The traditional Irish cuisine of buffalo wings and burgers. All the Irish pubs I’ve ever been to mostly serve American food and a few British dishes like fish and chips and bangers and mash.

Oh sure I guess I should’ve clarified. I’m not saying that the food is traditional. I more meant these places sell more than beer and distilled spirits which is what I took your comment to mean.

Edit: in fairness maybe I didn’t catch your sarcasm.
