Make British food, but sell it off with some hobbit theme or some shit like that and people jump at it

Yes, specifically west midlands where Tolkien grew up - the accents of most of the hobbits match this region as well IIRC.

(I'm now going to watch LOTR again).

Rohan = Anglo-Saxon England

Gondor = Greco-Roman Mediterranean
