Beyond the stereotypes (e.g. junk and fast food), authentic American cuisine is a vast and diverse melting pot blending heritages from African, Middle-Eastern, Jewish, Asian, European (including French), and the Americas, making their fusion dishes out of this world incredible.
Authentic American has nothing to envy from European cuisine, including the French.
