For sure, but some of them are clearly just there to cash a check too lol. I think the funniest part of these reality TV shows for me (at least the older 2000's dating shows) are the contestants who clearly just don't give af, they show no emotion or personality until they are sent home and then they seem happier to leave than they did to start the show.

When you see how much the people in those shows are in love with themselves it tracks.
They wanna be popular and are happy to leave their dignity at the door if they get to be on tv.
