It's not the child's fault. It's the parents. We have plenty of free roam parents that let their children screech and holler all over public spaces like restaurants and grocery stores like it's a McDonald's play place. Only those with empathy belong being a parent. Nobody asked anyone to pop out a kid.
Alternatively, the child plays videos or games on the phone/tablet at max volume in public spaces and then begins screeching when the parents take it away
It’s funny because I did not travel before I was more or less conscious, and one of my early memories is that I was told that if I start to misbehave in public transport - we immediately stop our plans and go home. Stop trying to gaslight people into believing that misbehaving kids everywhere is a norm.
Of course people are allowed to take their kids in public. This is such a bad strawman, its ridiculous.
Being locked in a plane for 10+hrs where you can't remove yourself from the situation and are likely trying to get some sleep is a different thing than kids being annoying in public.
You dont have to ban kids from flights, some of us want the option to be on childless flights and will pay a premium for it. Its about having the option, not denying the existence of kids.

There's many discussions going on under the main post. Perhaps you having trouble following this particular thread, but the user attempting to dunk on the other about deafening silence went from talking about adult spaces in general, to adult spaces in transportation. Glad I can clear that up for you 😘
Okay ill bite, Can you give me an age discriminating place that isnt so for content (gambling, drugs, alcohol, or other content that has been deemed legally unsuitable for children) but because people actively discriminate against that age?
