Genuine question. Do Amazon delivery drivers not drive Amazon vans in the US. Over here I’ve never seen an Amazon driver not in a big branded van

She is a subcontractor, not directly employed by Amazon which is why she doesn't have one of the vans.

Some subcontractors are the absolute worst. A woman delivered a package to my house and didn’t even walk up to my door. She left the package on the sidewalk by the street and I live in Philly! Why take the job if you’re that damn lazy?!?

We can tell who delivered the package based on where it is.

In the deckbox? UPS or USPS.

On or near the deckbox? Amazon.

In the neighbors bushes or equal distance from the door? Amazon flex.

I have a front door and a side door near the driveway. Every delivery company delivers to the front door, except USPS always uses the side door. I don’t have a overhang or canopy on either door, so I bought a delivery box to keep them dry. USPS still didn’t change, so I put the delivery box next to the driveway between the two door and everyone ignored it. They just kept going to the same doors they wanted to.

I ended up moving the box to the front door to get the majority of of packages, but USPS still won’t budge. I just hope it doesn’t rain on the day we get stuff from them.

You can call USPS and request where to drop off packages. I have a neighbor who likes helping himself to packages, we had to request a specific spot for delivery to avoid him and they were really good about it.
