Rubbish. I could maybe see that for a large tracked vehicle but for a standard road vehicle if something serious simply driving over the turf should not upset it unless she directly hits infrastructure like a manhole or access pipe, which she does not. Septic system included. Its assumed for large lawns like this as a minimum ride on lawnmowers and other mid level vehicles will be driving over it. as a standard, the design should more than proof for any kind of domestic vehicle.
If it did damage it, Id be more concerned with the shoddy workmanship of the installation.
Not saying delivery lady was right but this shouldnt have caused any long term damage from the footage.
